The professionalism, attentiveness and level of care that I received under the care of Dr. Catrise Austin is bar none. While living in NYC I trusted no other to tend to my phobia of dentists than this woman. When I shared with her that I had not been to a dentist in years because of traumatic past experiences in the dental chair she acknowledged what I had been thru with previous dentists, counseled me through my very valid fears and apprehensions, applauded my courage in making it to her and walked me through every step that she was going to take for the very necessary procedures that were at hand.She checked on me through out the process and gave me a comfort that I’ve never experienced before nor since. I am so grateful to have been blessed to have been under her care and whenever I am able to visit with her for care (even if just a cleaning, or teeth whitening) I am in there. Dr. Austin is simply the best! Extremely professionally and excellent chair-side manner. I went in with dingy teeth and came out with the brightest smile. I didn’t tell my mother I was getting my teeth whitened and she noticed immediately. Don’t hesitate; she’s the best!
